Cancellation of Labour License/Trade License vii. Cancellation of Sales Tax/GST Number viii. Income Tax Return for the three financial years since year of declared closure ix. Form 26AS for the three financial years since year of declared closure x. Up to date Bank statement since last contributing month xi. ESIC returns from last quarter since when last ECR submitted till date
